Joel has 10 years of experience in the EdTech industry and is passionate about helping educators with innovative technology. In his spare time, Joel enjoys travelling the world, being let down weekly by his Carlton Blues (but loving them anyway) and his dogs.

Matt Arnold

Matt AKA 'Arnie' has 10 years of experience in the tech education space. From starting as a Junior Developer to where he is now as the Head of Engineering, there is no challenge he will shy away from. He's always had a passion for using technology to solve and simplify processes, not only within the team he works alongside, but within schools. Arnie is an avid baker mastering the art of sourdough, while looking after a suburban farm style list of animals at home.

Jaime Rivera

Jaime has been working in tech for over 18 years. He loves solving complex problems, which is why he loves helping schools create class lists!

He is originally from Las Vegas, is married, has three kids, and has a passion (talent) for cooking...seriously...his cooking is amazing!

Adriann Elebash

Adriann has over 15 years of experience as an elementary school counselor prior to transitioning to customer success at the end of 2021. She joined the Class Creator team in early 2023 as the first U.S. employee, to combine both her passion for education with her drive for customer partnership and advocacy. Adriann is married with 2 children, a clowder of cats and a hedgehog. She is also a freelance photographer in her spare time.

Terri Ricks

Terri has over 16 years in K-12 education and EdTech prior to joining the Class Creator team. Her history both in and out of the classroom drives her passion for supporting educators.

Based in Texas, Terri and her husband have 5 kids and 2 cats. She spends any remaining free time traveling and creating!

Account Executive

Will Nosser

Will joins Class Creator in 2025 with over a decade of sales experience in K-12 school districts - 3 of those in EdTech. He loves working with people in education because they are truly doing what's best for the students.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his 6 year old daughter, getting outdoors and hiking around his home town of Little Rock Arkansas.

Amy Dooney

Amy has over 15 years of experience as an account manager and administration. Her goal is to help Class Creator schools get started efficiently.

Amy is originally from New Zealand, is married with two kids, and has traveled to an insane number of countries.

Marketing Manager

Melanie Moffatt

Melanie has over 15 years of experience in Event Marketing and joined the Class Creator team at the end of 2022 part-time, before coming on board full-time in 2025.

As a country kid at heart from Kangaroo Island, South Australia, Melanie enjoys getting outdoors with her young family whether that be fishing, waterskiing or snow skiing, if she's not taxi driving her 3 kids around between sporting commitments!

The Class Creator Journey

Back in 2014, Tim was teaching grade 4 and as the end of the year closed in, it meant report writing, parent-teacher interviews, school productions, performance reviews, and creating new classes! With so many things to do Tim tried to find a way to make new classes online.

After searching high and low he couldn't find anything...that's when the idea of Class Creator was born. That evening Tim and his wife Corinne (also a teacher) sat down at their kitchen table and designed Class Creator.

Seven years on and Class Creator has evolved a lot since those initial drawings!

As a team we are extremely proud to have invented a solution that didn't exist, to have saved schools thousands of hours of planning time, and to have empowered educators to make the classes their students deserve. Thank you to all our schools that have supported us along the journey thus far...we love ya!
